iCancierge Inc (“WeTestu”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Notice (“Notice”) to inform you of our practices regarding the personal information we collect from you when you use our website www.wetestu.com (the “Site”), our mobile application (the “App”) and our other services, such as gift card and other purchases. The Site, App, and our other services are referred to collectively in this Notice as the “Services”.


Types of Information We Collect

Personal Information You Provide to Us. We may collect the following “Personal Information” from you: first and last name, e-mail address, physical address, telephone number, username and password (when you create an account to log in to our Services), IP address, license plate number, bank card information and billing details, including Apple Pay information, and location or geolocation information. In general, you

will know what Personal Information we collect from you because you actively and voluntarily provide it to us. For example, you may have the opportunity to voluntarily upload your photograph to your account profile on the Site or App, provide your birth date, and select a favorite restaurant location. You may also choose to enroll in our facial recognition program.


Information Collected Automatically. As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type, Internet service provider “ISP”, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We also use cookies to enhance the user experience. You can read more about cookies in the “Cookies” section below.


How we use Personal Information

In general, we use Personal Information for the purpose of conducting our business and providing the Services to you, including for the following purposes:


● operate, maintain, and provide to you all of the Services and promotional offerings found on the Site and App;

● fulfil your orders when you visit one of our restaurants;

● verify your identity when picking up an order at one of our restaurants using facial recognition (if you consent to enroll in our facial recognition program);

● notify you of major service updates or for customer service purposes;

● process and record eGift Card printing and redemption activity and monitor usage trends and preferences;

● monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and improve our marketing and promotional efforts;

● facilitate the creation of and secure your account on our network;

● identify you as a user in our system;

● provide improved administration of our Services;

● administer a contest, sweepstakes, or other promotion;

● provide the Services you request;

● communicate with you and receive feedback about the Services;

● improve the quality of experience when you interact with our Services;

● send you a welcome e-mail to verify ownership of the e-mail address provided when you create an account;

● send you administrative e-mail notifications, such as security or support and maintenance advisories;

● respond to your inquiries related to employment opportunities or other requests;

● send newsletters, surveys, offers, and other promotional materials related to our services and for other marketing purposes.


We may create anonymized data from Personal Information by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We use anonymized data to analyze requests and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of our Services and improve Site navigation.


We may post user feedback on the Site or App from time to time. When we do, we will only post the feedback with your first name and last initial, and we will obtain your permission prior to posting your name with the feedback.


Disclosure of Your Personal Information.

We may disclose your Personal Information to others, including our parent company or affiliated entities and third-party services providers we use to support our business and provide the Services to you. When we disclose your Personal Information, we make sure such parties are contractually obligated to use Personal Information only for the

purposes for which we disclose it to them. We may also disclose Personal Information in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, or other sale or transfer of some or all of iCancierge assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding in which Personal Information is among the assets transferred. We

may also disclose Personal Information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary (a) in connection with any legal investigation; (b) to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on WeTestu; (c) to protect or defend the rights or property of iCancierge or users of the Services; and/or (d) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Notice, or our Terms of Use.


We may share anonymized, aggregate, or de-identified data that does not identify you with others for any purpose.


Your Choices Regarding Your Information.

E-mail Communications. We will periodically send you newsletters and e-mails that directly promote the use of our Services. When you receive promotional communications from us, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving further promotional communications from us and you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive or by contacting us directly (please see contact information below). Despite your indicated e-mail preferences, we may send you communications related to the Services, including notices of any updates to our Terms of Use or this Notice.


Changing or Deleting Your Personal Information.

You may change any of your Personal Information in your account by editing your settings within your account or by sending an email to us at the address listed below. You may request deletion of your personal information by us, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request (unless we are required by law to delete your Personal Information), but please note that we may be required to keep such information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). We may also retain your information for fraud prevention or similar purposes. In some cases, if we delete your Personal Information, we will not be able to provide the Services to you.


Cookies

A cookie is a small file placed on your computer by a website that uses the cookie to store information about your use of the website to help users navigate websites efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owner of the website. There are two general types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are only used during a single session online and will be deleted once you leave a website. Persistent cookies have a longer life and will be retained by the website and used each time you visit a website. Analytics

We use a number of third-party service providers, such as Google Analytics, to help analyze how users use the Services (“Analytics Companies”). Analytics Companies uses cookies to collect information such as how often users visit the Services, what features they use on our Site, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the Site. We use the information we get from Analytics Companies to improve our Services. Analytics Companies collect the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Site. We do not combine the information generated through the use of Analytics Companies with your Personal Information. Although the Analytics Companies may place a persistent cookie on your web browser or mobile device to identify you as a unique user the next time you use the Services, the cookie cannot be used by anyone

but the Analytics Company that placed the applicable cookie. This Notice does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, the cookies used by Analytics Companies.


Links to Other Websites

The Site or App may provide links to other websites or content that are not maintained by WeTestu. For example, if you apply for a job at WeTestu, you will be directed to a third-party website that helps us collect employment applications. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any linked website you visit. We are not responsible for,

or able to monitor or control, the policies or practices of such websites.


Do Not Track Disclosure

Some web browsers may transmit “do not track” signals to the websites and other online services with which your web browser communicates. We currently do not take action in response to these signals. If we do so in the future, we will update this Notice accordingly.


Data Security

We use physical, managerial, and technical safeguards designed to preserve the integrity and security of your Personal Information. WE CANNOT, HOWEVER, ENSURE OR WARRANT THE SECURITY OF ANY INFORMATION YOU TRANSMIT TO US, AND YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. We caution you about transmitting valuable bank or credit information in a public place (airports or cafes). You should

ensure that you are using a secure network. Once we receive your transmission of information, we implement reasonable and appropriate measures to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.


Children

The Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children who are under the age of 13. If a child under 13 submits Personal Information to iCancierge without verifiable parental consent, and we learn about it, we will delete the Personal Information as soon as possible. If you believe that we might have Personal Information from a child under 13, please contact us as described below.


Retention of Personal Information

We retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary in order to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law, including to fulfil a legal obligation.


Your California Privacy Rights.

The California Consumer Privacy Act 2018 (the “CCPA”) grants specific rights to California residents and requires that we make certain disclosures. If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (i) request that we delete Personal Information that we have collected about you; (ii) request that we disclose the Personal Information we have collected about you; (iii) request that we disclose whether we sell (or sold) your Personal Information; (iv) opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information (to the extent we sell your Personal Information); and (v) not face discrimination for exercising your rights under the CCPA. We do not sell your Personal Information. To exercise other rights under the CCPA, you (or your authorized agent) may contact us by submitting a verifiable consumer request as described below. Your request must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information and describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.


We collect the following categories of Personal Information directly from you and indirectly from you: (i) Identifiers, which includes the following specific pieces of Personal Information: name, telephone number, email address, street address, and IP address; (ii) Commercial Information, which includes the following specific pieces of Personal Information: products or services purchased or considered, or other purchasing or consuming history or tendency; (iii) Internet or other electronic network

activity information, which includes the following specific pieces of Personal Information:

browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with the Services; and (iv) Geolocation Information, which includes information about the location of the device you use with the App, if your device settings permit us to collect such information.

The purposes for collecting and selling (as that term is defined by the CCPA) Personal Information, and how we use and share Personal Information, are those outlined in the “How We Use Your Personal Information” and “Disclosure of Your Personal Information”

sections of this Notice. In the preceding twelve months, we have:

We do not disclose Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

When we make changes to this Notice, we will post a notification on the main page of the Website or App, and revise the “last updated” date at the top of this Notice.
